Style & Stage will only hold these Goods for your Home<br /> Staging for 48 hours unless this agreement has been signed, completed, and returned to<br /> Style & Stage.<br /> </p><br /> <br /> <h2>Access & Access Arrangements</h2><br /> <p><br /> The Client or their Agent shall allow Style & Stage, or their agents, entry to the Property<br /> including keys, alarm codes, and access details, to deliver, style, inspect, photograph, and<br /> remove the Goods from the Property. Style & Stage will require full design discretion and<br /> full access to the home during installation. Homeowners, agents, sub-contractors,<br /> cleaners, and/or painters should not be present at the time of staging.<br /> </p><br /> <p><strong>Gate Code (Client to Complete):</strong> {gate_code}</p><br /> <p><strong>Alarm Code (Client to Complete):</strong> {alarm_code}</p><br /> <p><strong>Key/Access Arrangements (Client to Complete):</strong> {access_arrangements}</p><br /> <br /> <h2>Delivery, Set Up & Collection</h2><br /> <p><br /> The cost of Delivery and Collection of the Goods is included in the Quote. The Goods<br /> hired are what Style & Stage believes, in their professional opinion, to be the appropriate<br /> Goods for the situation. If payment is overdue, Style & Stage reserves the<br /> right to charge interest at 2.0% per month. The Client must notify Style & Stage of any loss or damage within 24 hours.<br /> </p><br /> <br /> <h2>Client Responsibility</h2><br /> <p><br /> The Client agrees to use the Goods solely for display purposes, keep them in good order,<br /> and avoid damage. Moving or relocating the Goods without approval is prohibited.<br /> </p><br /> <br /> <h2>Suitability</h2><br /> <p><br /> No warranty is given by Style & Stage as to the fitness of the Goods for any purpose.
